"There is nothing to do in this town," my high school friend whined one summer evening. We lived in a rural community with a population of about 5000.
"There is nothing to do in this town," lamented my college friend in a small college town.
"There is nothing to do in this town," grumbled my friend at a large university with an enrollment near 40,000.
The odd thing is that I always found things to do.
